Dr Kavitha Mathavan is a dedicated paediatrician who delivers specialist care tailored to the individual child's needs.
She completed her postgraduate training in paediatrics in Australia and holds a fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP), after obtaining her primary medical qualification from the University of Jaffna in Sri Lanka.
Her professional experience spans Royal Children's Hospital, Monash Children's Hospital, Eastern Health and Peninsula Health in Melbourne, the Centenary Hospital for Women and Children in Canberra, and Lady Ridgeway Hospital for Children in Sri Lanka.
Dr Mathavan is committed to research and medical education, teaching medical students, GP registrars and junior paediatric trainees. Her special interests include general paediatrics — slow weight gain, constipation, incontinence, asthma, eczema, developmental delay, speech delay, autism, ADHD and behavioural issues. She is a mother of two, supported by her family.

Dr Naren Dudyala
A Consultant General Paediatrician and Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP), with over a decade of experience in paediatric care.
Dr Naren Dudyala is a Consultant General Paediatrician and Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP), with over a decade of experience in paediatric care.
His special interests include neonatal issues (feeding, weight gain, sleep and hip problems), developmental concerns, behavioural issues (autism, ADHD, speech delay), constipation, urinary incontinence, asthma, eczema and adolescent health.
He trained in India and Australia, working across NSW, Tasmania and Victoria in tertiary and regional hospitals, including Monash Children's Hospital and the Royal Children's Hospital Network. He practises evidence-based medicine focused on holistic, family-centred care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and holds public hospital positions at Western Health and Eastern Health.
Dr Dudyala is multilingual (English, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi) and enjoys family time, travel and cricket.

Dr Adsareswary (Atchu) Paramanantham
Dr Atchu is an experienced General Physician / Internal Medicine Physician and Fellow of the RACP, with more than a decade of specialist experience in Sri Lanka and Australia. Her interests include complex chronic disease, diabetes, hypertension, cardiometabolic disease, heart failure, respiratory medicine and pre-operative medical assessment.
Dr Adsareswary (Atchu) Paramanantham is an experienced Internal Medicine Physician with more than a decade of specialist experience in Sri Lanka and Australia. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) and has a broad background in the assessment and management of acute and chronic medical problems.
Her clinical interests include complex and long-term medical conditions, with particular interests in diabetes, hypertension, cardiometabolic disease and heart failure. Dr Atchu also has a special interest in respiratory medicine and completed a Master of Science in Respiratory Medicine at the University of South Wales. She has undertaken additional short courses in pre-operative care, supporting her experience in respiratory and chronic disease assessment before surgery.
Dr Atchu provides patient-centred care with a strong focus on chronic disease management, prevention and early identification of cardiovascular and metabolic risk factors. She values collaborative care and works closely with GPs and other healthcare providers to support coordinated, long-term management.

Dr Helen L.H. Chau
An AHPRA approved Clinical, Developmental and Educational Psychologist with extensive experience assessing autism, ADHD and developmental concerns in children aged 12 months to 16 years.

Dr Helen L.H. Chau is an AHPRA approved psychologist and has areas of practice endorsements in the Clinical area, as well as in the Developmental and Educational area. She has extensive experience and training in assessment of a range of development concerns in children from aged 12 months to 16 years of age. She undertakes advanced clinical psycho-diagnostic assessment for differential diagnoses of the child's developmental difficulties including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Anxiety Disorder, Selective Mutism, Developmental Delays, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and social emotional concerns. Helen is a trained user of Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) and Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R) for autism assessment.
Helen completed her Master degree in Child and Educational Psychology at Monash University in 1997 and her Doctor of Philosophy at RMIT University in 2011. Her research area is in early intervention for preschool children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She had worked in Specialist Children's Services for 10 years and another 10 years in Monash Children's Hospital part-time. Helen is now full-time running the Pathways Child Psychology practice. She is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She is an AHPRA board approved supervisor.

Dr Gladys Lai Cheng Chia
An endorsed Educational and Developmental Psychologist specialising in diagnostic assessment and intervention for learning difficulties, autism, ADHD and anxiety.

Gladys is an endorsed Educational and Developmental Psychologist, who has completed a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology/Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at Monash University. Her PhD research investigated the use of technology and self-management interventions to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Gladys has published research papers with Review Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders, and Journal of Medical Internet Research (JMIR) mHealth and uHealth. She has also presented results of her research at the annual conference of ABA Australia. Gladys has completed training in the use of Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2) and Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R).
Gladys has experience in diagnostic assessments and intervention for children with learning difficulties and developmental issues including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and anxiety. She has an interest in helping children to identify and utilise their strengths, and to support them with relevant strategies to grow into adaptive and resilient individuals. Gladys has conducted group programs for children in school settings to build resilience and social skills. She has developed webinars for kindergarten teachers in the area of behavioural management.
Gladys is bilingual, and she speaks English and Mandarin.

Meyya Venkat

Meyya is an experienced paediatric dietitian who brings a calm, supportive, and evidence-based approach to helping families navigate their child's nutrition journey. She has a special interest in solids introduction, food allergies and intolerances, and creating positive mealtime experiences for children and their families.
With additional training in AEIOU Paediatric Feeding Therapy, Meyya supports children with feeding challenges, from selective eating to oral-sensory difficulties through play-based, responsive strategies that make eating a relaxed and enjoyable experience. She is passionate about empowering parents with practical tools to build confidence around feeding and ensure their child's growth and development thrive.
Meyya is known for her warm and approachable nature, working closely with families from diverse cultural backgrounds to make nutrition care accessible and individualised.

Ariana Triskelidis

Ariana is a passionate paediatric dietitian who brings warmth, creativity, and evidence-based care to every consultation. She has extensive experience working with children in early learning settings and across diverse backgrounds, including neurodivergent children. Ariana believes that food should be fun and mealtimes should be joyful — she's known for using sensory food play, songs, games, and storytelling to help children explore new foods and build positive, confident relationships with eating.
With advanced training in Responsive Feeding Therapy, Ariana supports children and families through challenges such as fussy eating, feeding difficulties, and gastrointestinal concerns, including IBS and IBD. Drawing from both professional expertise and her own lived experience with IBS, she approaches care with deep empathy and understanding.
Ariana also has a special interest in eating behaviours and body image, helping families foster a healthy, non-diet relationship with food from an early age. She is dedicated to making healthcare equitable and accessible to all families.
