Cancellation policy
If you need to reschedule
- 01 Berwick Paediatric & Family Specialists is a private billing specialist clinic — full payment is required on the day of your appointment, with Medicare rebates claimable afterward if you're eligible.
- 02 If you're unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient and helps manage clinic staffing and administration costs.
- 03 A late cancellation or non-attendance fee may apply if sufficient notice isn't provided.
